OddsShift Terms and Conditions

[ 01 ] Definitions

"OddsShift" or "the Service" refers to the data analytics platform, dashboard, newsletter, and all associated content operated by Stratum Intelligence Ltd.

"User" or "you" means any individual or entity accessing or subscribing to the Service.

"Referenced Platforms" means third-party prediction market platforms (including but not limited to Polymarket and Kalshi) whose publicly available market data is analysed by the Service.

"Subscription" means paid access to premium features of the Service, processed via Stripe.

"Content" means all data, analysis, market gap reports, charts, commentary, and educational material produced by the Service.

[ 02 ] Nature of the Service — Analytics Only

OddsShift is exclusively a data analytics and market intelligence tool. The Service:

• Aggregates and analyses publicly available price data from prediction market platforms.
• Identifies and reports statistical patterns, price gaps, and market discrepancies across platforms.
• Provides educational commentary on market behaviour for informational purposes.
• Does NOT accept deposits, wagers, or staked funds of any kind.
• Does NOT facilitate, broker, or execute trades or bets on behalf of users.
• Does NOT provide access to the Referenced Platforms.
• Does NOT constitute an operator, intermediary, or agent for any gambling or financial trading activity.

Any examples, simulations, or historical analyses presented within the Service — including any live trading diary published by the operator for educational purposes — are provided strictly for informational and research purposes and do not constitute advice, recommendations, or solicitation to trade.

[ 03 ] Eligibility and Geographic Restrictions

By accessing or subscribing to the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
• You are not located in, resident of, or accessing the Service from a jurisdiction where the Referenced Platforms (Polymarket, Kalshi) are prohibited, restricted, or unlicensed.
• Your access to and use of the Service does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or court order in your jurisdiction.
• You have independently verified the legal status of prediction market platforms in your jurisdiction prior to using this Service.

OddsShift does not, and cannot, verify the legal status of prediction markets in every jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations. OddsShift expressly disclaims all liability arising from your use of the Service in a jurisdiction where such use is not lawful.

[ 04 ] Not Gambling, Not Financial Advice

The Service does not constitute:

• Gambling, betting, or wagering of any kind.
• Financial advice, investment advice, or a regulated financial service under any applicable legislation.
• A recommendation to enter into any trade, bet, or financial position.
• A guarantee or prediction of future market outcomes.

All Content is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Past statistical patterns observed in Content do not guarantee future results. You should conduct your own independent research and, where appropriate, seek advice from a licensed financial or legal professional before making any trading or investment decisions.

Any live trading experiment or personal portfolio tracking published by OddsShift represents the personal research activities of the operator and is documented for transparency and educational purposes only. It does not constitute a managed account, signal service, or solicitation to copy trades.

[ 05 ] Subscription and Payment

Premium access to the Service is available via a paid subscription processed through Stripe. By completing a subscription purchase, you confirm that:

• You are purchasing access to an analytics and data intelligence service only.
• The subscription fee is not a deposit, wager, or stake in any prediction market.
• You meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms.
• The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis and you do not rely on it for financial, gambling, or trading decisions.

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

[ 06 ] References to Third-Party Platforms

The Service may contain references, links, or affiliate relationships with third-party prediction market platforms including Polymarket and Kalshi. You acknowledge that:

• These platforms are independent third parties and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by OddsShift.
• Affiliate links, where present, are disclosed. Clicking such links is entirely your choice and does not constitute a recommendation.
• Access to Referenced Platforms is subject to their own terms, conditions, and geographic restrictions. OddsShift is not responsible for verifying whether such platforms are available or lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Where platforms are not available in your jurisdiction, any affiliate links to such platforms are not intended for you, and you should not follow them.

[ 07 ] Intellectual Property

All Content produced by OddsShift, including the dashboard, scanner algorithms, market gap analysis methodology, reports, and written commentary, is the intellectual property of Stratum Intelligence Ltd. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or commercialise any Content without prior written permission.

Market data sourced from third-party platforms remains the property of those platforms and is subject to their respective terms of use.

[ 08 ] Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. OddsShift does not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
• Data presented is real-time, complete, or free from inaccuracies.
• Any statistical pattern or market analysis will lead to profitable outcomes if acted upon.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stratum Intelligence Ltd disclaims all liability for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from reliance on Content, including trading losses, regulatory penalties, or loss of access to third-party platforms.

[ 09 ] Limitation of Liability

Stratum Intelligence Ltd's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Service shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Stratum Intelligence Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or regulatory sanctions arising from your use of the Service.

[ 10 ] Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stratum Intelligence Ltd, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms.
• Your access to or use of the Service in a jurisdiction where such access is unlawful.
• Any trading, gambling, or financial activity you undertake based on Content.

[ 11 ] Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer resident in another jurisdiction, you may also have rights under your local consumer protection laws, which are not affected by this clause.

[ 12 ] Changes to These Terms

OddsShift reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the website or email. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.
